Used containers are sold in wind & watertight, cargo-worthy, or as-is condition as specified in your quote. New containers are manufactured to ISO standards. Condition is documented at the time of sale.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian Containers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our containers or services.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
